Ligament Injured (1 month no activity)

Pls exclude me from any activity that require leg strength. doctor advise to rest 1 month ...............

  1. Ala lu banyak hal, PA tiap tiap kali pegi marathorn pun tak injury u pula jogging kat desa park terus ligamen injusry.

    Wk sudah beli racquet and SW pula restring racquet then u pula ligamen injury.... Tu kita mesti ikiat cara wk, lepas main terus pegi massaga, longgarkan akar tunjang etc.

    CB i give you one week to recover... u boleh punya.

  2. cb diam2 pigi jogging tiap2 hari... nak challenge our Running King, PA.
    dia plan lari 50KM punya...
    run, CB, run, CB, run... (forrest Beng).
