Batu 5 Yearly Health Check

Kindly perform the following health check requirement and declare yourself any of the negative readings as we will not assigned you with IMPORTANT position (e.g. Court Booking, trip Organizer and etc.)

4. Renal Profile (Kidney Function)

7. Serum Calcium and Phosphate
8. Serum Thyroxine (T4 – Thyroid Function Test)
9. Rheumatoid Factor (Test for Rheumatoid Arthritis)
10. VDRL (Test for Syphillis)
11. Alpha Fetoprotein (Liver and Testicular Cancer Marker)
12. Hepatitis B (Antibody and Antigen)
D. Lung Function Test
E. Body Fat Analysis
F. Otoscopy (Ear Examination)
G. Electrocardiogram (ECG)
H. Chest X-Ray
I. Treadmill Stress Test
J. Ultrasound Full Abdomen & Pelvis
K. Pulse oxymeter (for oxygen saturation in our lung) – important test for smoker, asthmatic, chronic obstruction lung disease sufferer, chronic respiratory disease and occupational hazard assessment
Male
· Blood Test & Ultrasound examination:
o CEA (A marker especially for bowel cancers)
o PSA (A marker for Cancer of the Prostate)
o Prostate ultrasound examination with color doppler for better detection of prostate cancer
Female < 40 years
· Blood Test and Ultrasound examination:
o CEA and CA 15.3 (Cancer markers for Breast Cancer)
o PAP Smear (for Cancer of the Cervix)
o Trans-vaginal ultrasound examination with color doppler for better detection of uterine & ovarian cancer
Female > 40 years
· Blood Test and Ultrasound examination:
o CEA and CA 15.3 (Cancer markers for Breast Cancer
o PAP Smear (for Cancer of the Cervix)
o Trans-vaginal ultrasound examination with color doppler for better detection of uterine & ovarian cancer
o Breast Ultrasound examination with color-doppler beside the tumor marker CA153 (blood test).
· Note on the differences between breast ultrasound examination and mammogram are (1) the new breast ultrasound + color doppler is painless (2) no radiation as it uses ultrasonic sound wave (3) can be repeated anytime as no radiation involved (4) almost 100% detection of breast cyst with 0% detection with mammogram and (5) detection of breast module/solid mass is 82-92% whilst mammogram is 85 – 95%
