Pls find:
1) revised interface high level scope document
2) revised issue log
3) interface template (sample for LIAM)

Today, we have wrapped up the high level discussion of the external and internal interface. This will be followed by detail interface requirements gathering by Mastek, starting next Monday26/3/2007.
Required Actions - from the team
1) For the outstanding issues highlighted in red, kindly feedback to Mastek by EOD today 21/03/2007.
xxx, kindly provide the MGCC list of service requests for Lifefit & Elixir to Mastek by EOD.
2) All to review the above documents (1) and (2) and revert by EOD Friday. If there are no changes, also reply to inform that the documentation is in order. Mastek will be categorising the interfaces in the category column, this is to facilitate the gap study which would be by the grouped similar interfaces ie all auto debit be it MNI, MFH or TN will be grouped together for the detail interface gap study (pls review to ensure that the grouping is correct if not pls amend accordingly using RED colour)
3) Between today and Monday, all to tag with the interface-ID on the interface documentation that were provided to Mastek (get back these documents fr Mastek). Pass to Mastek what U have tag by 4:00pm Friday 23/3, the remaining by EOD Monday 26/3/07


Required Actions - from Mastek
1) to provide the updated documents (as per above (1), (2) and (3) for circulation together with this email (provided and attached in this email)
2) detail schedule on the detail interface scope requirements
3) as agreed the first module will be MGCC interface from 26/3 - 28/3 (more days could be required)
Mandatory participants - aaa, bbb, ccc, others for knowledge
4) next interface module for discussion would be Interfaces to & from Maybank
5) Mastek to plan for multiple streams, where possible, with input from the team
6) to confirm on the data migration stream schedule
